Joseph R. Padron received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, majoring in accounting, from Florida International University in 1976. In 1978, he earned his license as a Certified Public Accountant. He established a public accounting practice in Miami in 1978. During his years as president, and now partner, of the firm Mr. Padron has provided accounting and auditing services for a variety of clients including major corporations, small businesses and condominium and homeowners associations. He has been providing professional services to association clients since 1981.
Mr. Padron is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Padron is also a member of the common interest realty association section of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Joseph Montoro received his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Florida International University in 1997. In 2001 he received his Master’s Degree in Taxation from the same university and earned his license as a Certified Public Accountant. He established a public accounting practice in Miami in 2003. In 2006 he partnered with Joseph Padron to form what is now PM&H. Mr. Montoro has provided accounting, auditing and tax services for a variety of clients including major corporations, small businesses and condominium and homeowners associations. He has been providing professional services to association clients since 2005.
Mr. Montoro is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Montoro is also a member of the common interest realty association section of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
John graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida and continued his studies at Florida International University where he became a member of Accounting Honorary Society.
A CPA since 1982 and a partner in his prior firm for 25 years joined our firm in 2014 to concentrate on the Cira Industry Condominium and Homeowners Associations make up the majority of John’s accounting practice.
John has other areas of expertise that include the restaurant industry and import/export companies. John works with Associations and Management companies preparing year-end audit and review financial statements. He also acts as a consultant to numerous self-managed Associations. John is also a member of the AICPA and FICPA accounting societies. His outside interests include golf and reading.
